Alpha & Omega started with a question: Why do the vintage classic tube amps sound so great? So we set out to discover what makes a guitar amp truly sing. We dismantled and experimented with a range amplifiers to see what makes them tick. Other amp makers graciously shared their knowledge, wisdom and experiences with us. On our journey we came to believe that, as far as tone is concerned, less is truly more. Our amps aren't overloaded with a lot of knobs and switches...just the ones that are useful for getting your music from your fingers to your audience.

Here's the secret recipe for great tone: a proper combination of the loudspeaker, the cabinet, the output transformer, the circuitry, the tubes, the components and the way they are all put together. Inside each Alpha & Omega amp you will find top quality electronic components, vintage specs transformers and high efficiency, durable speakers. Each Orange Drop capacitor, Sprague blue can, and silver turret is hand-soldered point-to-point. The high quality tubes are tested and matched for optimal performance. It's a complex recipe with a simple result: great amplifiers and great tone.
